A week of Transitioning

We call it transitioning because we believe in moving at the pace of love. We understand that detoxing happens simply by renourishing the body and eliminating certain food groups.

Detoxing the Body & Nourishing the Digestive System

Poor gut health leads to disease as toxins, heavy metals, and parasites accumulate in the gut. Neglected, the gut becomes toxic and reintroduces bacteria into the body. In the second phase, we detoxify the colon, nourish digestion with herbs, vitamins, and supplements. This enhances physical health and promotes mental and emotional clarity.

Claudia has a strong background in physiology and anatomy. She has spent the last 7 years researching, studying, and self-testing, and through this process has transformed her entire body on a plant-based lifestyle.

Following this, she began an NPO that aimed to assist people in South Africa to live a healthier lifestyle.

Taking place over three weeks, the plan is divided into weekly stages. However, everything that you need to begin and continue the three-week program is available in one handy booklet. Here is how to use it:

  • Download your booklet.
  • Each week is divided into:
    • Overviews, with daily motivations and affirmations.
    • Weekly meal plans
    • Recipes for the meal plans
    • Weekly shopping lists
    • A weekly compilation of daily exercise routines
  • We recommend that before starting your challenge you skip ahead to your shopping list and meal plan, to get prepped for the week ahead. Then, navigate to your affirmation and workout routine each day to work through the 21 Thrive and Revive Plan!
